Predation Event
Predation events are always exciting! We observed this voracious hyperiid amphipod (hanging off the bottom) devouring a ctenophore (animal on top) during Dive 03 of the second Voyage to the Ridge 2022 expedition at a depth of 900 meters (2,953 feet).
