Throughout Dive 03 of the 2023 Shakedown + EXPRESS West Coast Exploration expedition, holothurians, or sea cucumbers, were frequently spotted on the seafloor or swimming through the water column. This sea cucumber in the order Elasipodida was observed at a depth of 3,591 meters (2.46 miles).
