This lithodid crab was observed moving its body back and forth through the sediment, though the on-ship team was not sure exactly why it was doing so. Seen at a depth of 2,240 meters (7,349 feet) during the sixth dive of the 2023 Shakedown + EXPRESS West Coast Exploration expedition.
